Smooth Fleabane (Erigeron glabellus) The white daisy-like flowers of smooth fleabane bob in the wind in June. The flower stalks reach to about 40 cm and the narrow, flattened leaves form a dense clump at the base. The seed head is a compact ball of fluffy, dandelion-like seeds. They are spread to the wind in mid-July.
